At KEF, we are committed to providing an exceptional audio experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original KEF packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to KEF

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your return to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
